CreditGuyWill is a one-on-one credit repair practice. We pull your reports, flag what's inaccurate or outdated, dispute it with the bureaus on your record, and teach you what to do so it doesn't happen again.
No upfront fee for the review · You review every dispute before it's filed
Bureaus process billions of data points a month. Mistakes, outdated entries, and mixed files happen more than you'd think — and they can sit on your report for years if nobody challenges them.
A payment posted on time gets marked late. A paid-off account still shows a balance. Small errors, real damage.
Mixed files and identity mix-ups put someone else's debt — or a straight-up fraud account — on your report.
Most negative items have a legal shelf life. Collectors sometimes "re-age" them to keep them reporting longer than they should.
We pull your reports from all three bureaus and walk through them with you, line by line, at no cost.
We flag everything that looks inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated, and show you exactly what we plan to challenge and why — before anything goes out.
We file formal disputes with the bureaus and, where it makes sense, reach out to original creditors and collectors directly on your behalf.
We track bureau responses, re-dispute where warranted, and give you a plain-English plan for building positive history going forward.

Formal, documented disputes filed with Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion for items that appear inaccurate or unverifiable.
We ask collectors to prove a debt is actually yours, actually owed, and actually theirs to collect — as is your right under federal law.
For accurate items, we reach out to creditors directly to request goodwill adjustments or negotiated resolutions where possible.
We track your reports for new activity, re-appearing items, and bureau responses so nothing slips through.
Utilization targets, account mix, and a simple month-by-month plan to build the positive history your score is actually made of.
A real walkthrough of your reports so you understand what's on them and why — not just a summary score.
Federal law already gives you tools to fix your own credit report for free. We tell every new client this upfront, because it's true and it's your right to know it.
In line with federal law, you're never charged for a billing cycle until the work for that cycle is complete. Cancel anytime.

We can't tell you a number, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Results depend on what's actually inaccurate on your report, how creditors and bureaus respond, and your broader credit behavior. What we can promise is a thorough review and a documented dispute process.
Yes — genuinely. You can dispute items directly with each bureau at no cost. Some clients hire us for the time it takes to research and write each dispute correctly, track responses across three bureaus, and handle creditor negotiations. Others do it themselves. Both are valid.
Bureaus generally have 30 days to respond to a dispute. Most clients see their first round of results in 30–45 days, with the full process — including re-disputes and negotiations — typically running 4 to 12 months depending on how much is on the report.
Accurate, complete, and timely negative information generally can't be removed just because it's unflattering — and any company that promises otherwise is misrepresenting the law. We focus on what's inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated.
Never before work is performed. You're billed at the end of each cycle for the work completed during that cycle, as required under the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
15 minutes, no pressure, no obligation. Will walks you through your reports and tells you honestly whether this is worth pursuing.
